In 2025, we mourned the loss of our founding partners: Paul C. Kincheloe, Jr. in June and Barry A. Schneiderman in November. Their legacy lives on in our continued commitment to delivering high-quality, attentive, and personalized legal services. Our Attorneys

F. Lizbeth Flores is the Managing Attorney at Immigration Law Plus. Before joining the Kincheloe & Schneiderman as an attorney, she was an excellent paralegal, attending to various legal matters while pursuing higher education. Lizbeth is a double graduate of George Mason University: BA - Government and International Politics - 2014 and Juris Doctor - 2019. Since 2025 Lizbeth has managed day to day operations to facilitate the transition from Kincheloe & Schneiderman to Immigration Law Plus. Lizbeth is fluent in Spanish as a native speaker.

Yucheng "Johnny" Wang brings six years of expertise as an immigration attorney to Immigration Law Plus, having honed his skills in both non-profit organizations and private law firms. Johnny graduated from the George Mason University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree under the immigration concentration in 2018. While in law school, Johnny interned at several nonprofit organizations and law firms which helped him realize his passion in immigration law. Johnny is an immigrant himself and speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese. Johnny is a proud member of the LGBT+ Community.

In Memoriam
Barry Alan Schneiderman (1947-2025) was a co-founding partner of Kincheloe & Schneiderman. He had been practicing law in Fairfax, Virginia since 1976. He is a graduate of Rutgers University (1969) and George Washington University Law School (1972). From 1973 to 1976 he was an Attorney Adviser to The Board of Immigration Appeals in the United States Department of Justice. He was a member of the bar in both the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia and was admitted to practice in all Federal Courts in those jurisdictions as well as the United States Supreme Court. Prior to his passing, Mr. Schneiderman served as an advisor to the attorneys at Immigration Law Plus.
